Description

ZG™  Spotless Water Deionizer, features a Clack® integrated bypass valve, letting you switch instantly between tap and purified water to conserve resin and extend system life. An optional premium PP quick connector provides true plug-and-play convenience. Inside, a 40 : 60 mixed-bed resin (SAC : SBA) with a 1 : 1 chemical-equivalent balance consistently delivers 0 ppm TDS water with a resistivity of 15–18.2 MΩ·cm—spanning ASTM Type II to Type I lab-grade purity—so water spots never stand a chance. A digital TDS meter is included for on-the-spot monitoring, along with a 4-ft 5/8” supply hose for immediate setup. We even add an air freshener to keep your wash bay smelling fresh. 

The Stage I unit handles up to 3 GPM, with a recommended operating rate of ≤ 2.5 GPM to maximize resin performance. If you’re running dual pressure washers to boost your rinsing efficiency, Stage II is the ideal upgrade—delivering spot-free purity at a recommended flow rate of ≤ 5.0 GPM.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will deionized water damage car paint or glass?

Not at all. DI water is mineral-free and non-corrosive. It’s completely safe for paint, glass, plastic, chrome, and other automotive surfaces.

How long does the resin last?

That depends on your incoming water quality. With tap water around 50 ppm TDS, ZG Stage I setup can treat approximately a minimum of 1478 gallons.

We recommend using our provided TDS meter to monitor resin performance. When the TDS reading of the output water reads above 20 ppm, the resin is near exhaustion and should be replaced for best results.

Is ZG deionizer system regenerable?

ZG Spotless Water Deionizer is designed for easy resin replacement, not user-side chemical regeneration. For safety and convenience, we offer replacement resin packs that are simple to install.

Is it easy to install? What hose size does it fit?

Yes—super easy. The system comes with standard ¾” GHT inlet and outlet, and it's compatible with most household spigots and pressure washers. No tools required.

We supply the optional PP made quick-connect fittings for easily connect and disconnect.

Can I use it in winter or freezing temperatures?

No. The system should not be used or stored below freezing. After use, be sure to store it indoors to prevent freeze damage.
